This Day, July 08, 2020 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that The recommendation comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Huber. She notifies the Court the defendant, Michael A. Saiter, has been on the SCRAM monitor since 5/26/2020. He has been compliant with the program and has requested to stay on the monitor for accountability purposes. Probation Officer Huber recommends vacating the revocation hearing scheduled for 7/9//2020 at 9:30am to allow the defendant to remain on probation as originally ordered. The recommendation is well taken.
