It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court the 7th day of July, 2020 for a continuation of the hearing to reconsider the sentence and the defendant's failure to report to jail on March 29, 2020. The defendant did not appear for his hearing. Upon a review of the file, the Court notes the defendant personally signed the assignment notice indicating he was aware of the hearing date and time for the hearing. As a result of the defendant's failing to appear, the Court directs that a warrant be issued for the defendant to serve the jail sentence previously imposed. Affording the defendant credit for the community service he did perform, the Court calculates the remaining period of incarceration to be two (2) days.

The defendant was convicted and sentenced on 08/08/2019. As part of the sentence defendant was ordered to complete 50 hours of community service.
