5/29/2020 Judgment This Day, May 29, 2020 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the court today upon the Court's own motion. The defendant was convicted and sentenced on 6/12/19. As part of the sentence defendant was ordered to complete 100 hours of community service. The defendant failed to complete those hours within the given time and was cited for Contempt of Court. At a subsequent hearing, the defendant was found to be in Contempt of Court and was given the opportunity to purge the contempt or report to jail to serve 10 days of incarceration. Upon review of the file the defendant has not yet purged the contempt and is ordered to report to the jail on 6/19/2020. Due to the current public health emergency, it is hereby ordered that the jail commitment be recalled and the defendant does not need to report to jail at that time. This matter shall be scheduled for a hearing to reconsider the sentence imposed for the contempt citation. The defendant is ordered to appear on JUNE 29, 2020 at 10:30 AM.
