Journal This Day, May 06, 2020 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court the 6th day of May, 2020 for a hearing on a motion to suppress filed by counsel for the defendant. The State of Ohio was represented by Assistant Law Director, Marshall W. Finelli. The defendant was present and represented by attorney Paul Maekask. The Court and counsel discussed the defendant's case. Counsel for the defendant advised the motion to suppress would be withdrawn and requested the matter be scheduled for a change of plea at a later date.
