Journal This Day, November 19, 2020 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court the 17th day of November, 2020 for a pre-trial conference with the Court. The City of Findlay was present and represented by Assistant Law Director Marshall W. Finelli. The defendant was represented by attorney Kelton Smith. The Court and counsel met in chambers.
