Journal This Day, May 12, 2020 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court the 12th day of May, 2020 for a pre-trial conference with the Court. The State of Ohio was present and represented by Assistant Law Director Robert E. Feighner, Jr. The defendant was not preset due to a miscommunication with his attorney, Dorothy Williams, who was present on his behalf. The Court and counsel discussed the defendant's case and the circumstances relating to the offense. The prosecution agreed to amend the charge to disorderly conduct, a minor misdemeanor offense. Counsel for the defendant advised she would discuss the offer with the defendant but the matter could tentatively be scheduled for a change of plea hearing.
