The defendant, Jacob Pahl, has been sentenced to a CBCF through Hancock County Common Pleas Court. He recommends the defendant's probation violation filed on 11/12/20 be terminated due to his pending commitment. The recommendation is well taken. Therefore, it is the order of the Court that the probation violation filed 11/12/20 is dismissed and defendant's revocation hearing scheduled for 12/17/20 is canceled.
