This Day, October 28, 2020 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Huber. She notifies the Court the Defendant, Jessica Lause, currently has a pending revocation hearing on December 3, 2020. It was brought to the attention of the Probation department the Defendant was sentenced to 24 months in prison on October 21, 2020 through Hancock County Common Pleas Court. The probation department recommends withdrawing the scheduled revocation hearing and terminating the defendant's probation as unsuccessful. The suspended time shall remain as such according to the original sentence. The recommendation is well taken.
