This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Huber. She notifies the Court the Defendant, Charles S. McIlwain, is currently on probation with Findlay Municipal Court. He is also on felony probation with Hancock County Adult Probation. The Defendant was recently revoked from his probation with Hancock County Adult Probation and sentenced to complete the WORTH program. The Defendant will be entering into the WORTH program on November 21, 2019. It is the recommendation of the Probation Officer Huber that Charles McIlwain's probation with Findlay Municipal Court be terminated leaving the remaining days suspended on the condition of no criminal conduct for a period of one year. This recommendation is well taken. Therefore, it is the order of the Court that the Defendant, Charles S. McIlwain, be unsuccessfully terminated from probation with Findlay Municipal Court. The remaining jail days shall be suspended on the condition of no criminal conduct for a period of one year. Be it so ordered.
