Journal This Day, January 08, 2020 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court the 7th day of January, 2020 for a pre-trial conference with the Court. The City of Findlay was present and represented by Assistant Law Director, Robert E. Feighner, Jr. The defendant was not present but was represented by attorney Dorothy L. Williams. The Court and counsel discussed the defendant's case. Unfortunately, as a result of the defendant failing to appear, a meaningful discussion was not possible. The Court directs that a bench warrant be issued for the defendant's arrest and this matter be continued. Speedy trial time is tolled pursuant to R.C. 2945.72(D).
