This matter came on this 18TH day of AUGUST, 2019, for a determination of probable cause concerning the arrest of the Defendant for a charge of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE M1 2919.25A AND RESISTING ARREST M2 2921.33A , a violation of § OHIO REVISED CODE. Upon consideration of the available evidence, the Court finds that there exists probable cause to believe that said Defendant committed the offense specified.
