This Day, January 27, 2020 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Huber. She notifies the Court the defendant, Andrew Hayford, is currently incarcerated at the Hancock County Justice Center on a Probation Violation and has a revocation hearing set for February, 27 2020 at 10:00am. Officer Huber recommends the Defendants release from incarceration on January 29, 2020 at 10:00am. She further recommends the Defendant report immediately to Findlay Municipal Court Probation, to be placed on GPS monitor, and given the opportunity to seek treatment.
