Journal This Day, August 30, 2019 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court this 30th day of August, 2019 upon a Motion for Furlough filed by the defendant requesting to be permitted to attend a dental appointment at the Dental Center of Northwest Ohio located at 1800 N. Blanchard Street, Findlay, Ohio. Appropriate documentation of the appointment was attached to the motion. The Court, finds the request well taken. The Defendant is granted a furlough from the Hancock County Justice Center commencing at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 5, 2019. The Defendant shall return to the Hancock County Justice Center that same day by 10:00a.m. or immediately after the appointment is concluded, whichever is earlier. The defendant is not permitted to drive to the appointment and is not permitted to stop at any location while in route to or from the appointment. While on furlough the defendant is to have no possession or consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs. The correction staff at the Hancock County Justice Center may screen the defendant for drug and alcohol use upon his return, if in their discretion a screen is deemed necessary.
