It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court the 18th day of March, 2019 for a pre-trial conference with the Court. The City of Findlay was present and represented by Assistant Law Director, Robert E. Feighner, Jr. The defendant was represented by attorney Dennis P. Sawan. The Court and counsel discussed the defendant's several cases, the defendant's pending motion for Intervention in Lieu of Conviction filed in her felony case in the Hancock County Common Pleas Court and her failure to comply with treatment previously ordered in Case Number 17-TRC-6446. Counsel for the defendant requested additional time to confer with the defendant and requested the matter be scheduled for a change of plea after July 15, 2019. This request is granted. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court this 3rd day of April, 2019 for a pre-trial conference with the Court. The City of Findlay was present and represented by Assistant Law Director Robert E. Feighner, Jr. The defendant was represented by her retained counsel, Dennis P. Sawan. The Court and counsel were advised the defendant had recently been indicted on a new felony charge with an outstanding warrant for her arrest. Accordingly, the defendant was taken into custody on the new charge. Counsel requested to continue this matter in order to investigate the new charge and address all of the defendant's cases collectively. This matter is to be scheduled for an additional pre-trial with the Court in approximately sixty (60) days. The defendant's speedy trial time is tolled pursuant to R.C. 2945.72(E).
