This Day, July 13, 2020 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Griffith. She informs the Court the defendant, Zachary T. Cole, is incarcerated for a probation violation. Officer Griffith recommends defendant Cole be released from the Justice Center on 07/15/20 at 1:30pm to her custody to attend an intake appointment with FRC. She requests the hearing scheduled on the 15th be continued approximately 60 days to allow defendant Cole time to show compliance with the treatment recommendations. The recommendation is well taken.
