It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court this 23rd day of October, 2018 for a pre-trial conference with the Court. This matter came on this 5thday of September, 2018, for a determination of probable cause concerning the arrest of the Defendant for a charge of OVI (M-1), DUS (M-1), Reasonable Control (MM), a violation of
§ 333.01(A)(1)(A), 335.07(A), 333.08(A). Upon consideration of the available evidence, the Court finds that there exists probable cause to believe that said Defendant committed the offense specified.
