Journal This Day, November 28, 2018 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court the 28th day of November, 2018 for a pre-trial conference with the Court. The State of Ohio was present and represented by Assistant Law Director, Robert E. Feighner, Jr. The defendant failed to appear but, was represented by attorney Paul Maekask. Court and counsel discussed the defendant's several cases and poor performance in the Hancock County Common Pleas Court, Drug Court Program. As a result of the defendant's failure to appear as directed, a bench warrant is to be issued. The matter is continued until the defendant's apprehension.
