Journal This Day, August 28, 2018 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court this 28th day of August, 2018 upon notification by Probation Officer Griffith that the defendant has failed to comply with the conditions of his SCRAM monitor. The Court has been advised the Defendant has had four confirmed tamperings with the SCRAM unit and as failed to maintain contact with Officer Griffith, all of which violate the terms of his SCRAM Agreement.
