UPON CONSIDERATION OF THE AVAILABLE EVIDENCE, THE COURT FINDS THAT THERE EXISTS PROBABLE CAUSE TO BELIEVE THAT SAID DEFENDANT COMMITTED THE OFFENSE SPECIFIED. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT SAID DEFENDANT BE BROUGHT TO THE COURT FOR ARRAIGNMENT AT THE EARLIEST AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITY.
