It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court the 29th day of January, 2019 for a pre-trial conference with the Court. The State of Ohio was present and represented by Assistant Law Director Marshall W. Finelli. The defendant was represented by attorney Paul Maekask.
