This Day, October 11, 2021 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of probation officer Griffith. She informs the Court the defendant, Deven R. Bell, has received her initial vivitrol injection and is accepted to live at the Brookside Home. She recommends defendant Bell be released to an FRC employee on 10/12/21 at 12:00pm to be transported to the Brookside Home to begin her out-patient treatment plan. The recommendation is well taken. Therefore, Defendant Bell shall be released from the Hancock County Justice Center on 10/12/21 at 12:00pm to an FRC employee to be transported to the Brookside Home. Defendant Bell may not change her residence without prior permission from the probation department and must follow all rules of the facility. The defendant must also follow all treatment recommendations through FRC pending her upcoming revocation hearing. All terms and conditions of probation shall continue as previously ordered. This Day, September 29, 2021 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Griffith. She informs the Court the defendant, Deven R. Bell, is currently incarcerated pending a revocation hearing. She recommends the hearing scheduled for today be continued to allow the defendant to participate in the vivitrol program through the jail prior to release. The probation department has set an appointment for the defendant at the Family Resource Center on 09/30/21 at 1:20pm to start this program. Probation officer Griffith recommends defendant Bell be furloughed from the Justice Center on 09/30/21 at 1:00pm to be transported by a FRC employee to this appointment. The recommendation is well taken. Therefore, it is the order of the Court that the revocation hearing scheduled for today shall be continued approximately 60 days to allow defendant Bell time to show compliance with treatment recommendations. She shall be furloughed from the Justice Center to an FRC employee on 09/30/21 at 1:00pm to be transported to the Family Resource Center to discuss the vivitrol program. The defendant shall return to the jail immediately following the conclusion of this appointment with no stops or contacts with outside individuals while in the care of the FRC employee. Any attempts to make contact with outside individuals will results in removal from the vivitrol program and continued incarceration.
