Journal This Day, February 13, 2019 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court this 12th day of February, 2019 for a pre-trial conference with the Court. The City of Findlay was present and represented by Assistant Law Director Robert E. Feighner, Jr. The defendant was represented by attorney Dorothy L. Williams. The Court and counsel met in chambers and discussed the background of the defendant's cases. Counsel for the defendant advised the defendant was desirous of proceeding with a jury trial in this matter. The Court will schedule this matter for a jury trial in conjunction with the defendant's other pending cases at the earliest date available on the docket that conforms with defense counsel's schedule.
