Judgment This Day, January 30, 2019 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court this 29rd day of January, 2019 upon notification by Probation Officer Huber that the defendant is requesting to be permitted to attend a medical appointment at N.W.O. in Findlay, Ohio. The Court finds the current request well taken. The Defendant is granted a furlough from the Hancock County Justice Center commencing at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 5, 2019. The Defendant shall return to the Hancock County Justice Center that same day by 1:00 p.m. The defendant is not permitted to drive to the appointment and is not permitted to stop at any location while in route to or from the appointment. While on furlough the defendant is to have no possession or consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs.
