Journal This Day, April 30, 2018 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court the 25th day of April, 2018 for a pre-trial conference. The Court has been advised by Assistant Law Director, Robert E. Fieghner, that the defendant failed to appear. Upon a review of the docket in this case, the Court notes the defendant personally signed the file copy of the assignment notice indicating he was aware of the date and time for his pre-trial conference.
