Judgment This Day, July 02, 2018 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes on for the Court's consideration this 2nd day of July, 2018 upon a Motion for Early Release filed by the defendant. In the motion the defendant requests to be released from custody in and placed on a SCRAM alcohol monitor. Upon consideration the Court finds the request well taken. It is therefore ordered that the balance of the defendant's previously imposed jail sentence be suspended on the condition that the defendant successfully complete a period of two years of supervised probation including the defendant wear a SCRAM monitor if determined necessary by the Court's probation staff. In addition, the defendant is to immediately reengage in alcohol/substance abuse treatment through Century Health. The defendant is to be released from custody on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 8:00am and immediately report to the Court's Probation Department.
It is so ORDERED.
