1/7/2019 TC Judgment Entry Notice Issued
1/7/2019 Judgment This Day, January 07, 2019 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court the 7th day of January, 2019 for further consideration of the Revocation of Probation hearing conducted on December 6, 2018. The Court has been advised by Probation Officer Griffith that the defendant, in a meeting with Officer Griffith in the Hancock County Justice Center, behaved in an aggressive, abusive and totally inappropriate manner, yelling at her probation officer and using multiple profanities. In addition to the defendant's admission of the probation violation and statements made on the record at the revocation hearing, the Court considers this information in concluding that the defendant is currently not an appropriate candidate to be placed in a treatment facility. It is therefore ORDERED that the defendant serve the previously suspended ninety (90) day jail sentence in total. The Court calculates the defendant's release date on this case to be January 25, 2019. The clerk of courts is to prepare the appropriate commitment entry. cc: Officer Griffith MARK C MILLER JUDGE
