This Day, July 18, 2018 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Griffith. She informs the Court the defendant was never able to attend the Tree Line In-Patient Recovery Program due to a holder out of Wood County for child support. The defendant has now completed the jail time in Wood County reference this issue as of 07/15/18. The defendant is no longer accepted to attend Tree Line. Probation Officer Griffith requests the defendant be allowed to remain on probation and continue with out-patient treatment at this time. She recommends his revocation hearing be rescheduled approximately 60 days from today's date to verify the progress the defendant has made with the out-patient program. The recommendation is well taken. Therefore, it is the order of the Court that defendant Cole shall attain an updated substance abuse evaluation and follow all recommended treatment expectations. He shall sign all appropriate releases allowing the treatment provider to communicate with the Court. The revocation hearing reference this matter shall be continued approximately 60 days to allow the defendant to make progress with treatment.
