This Day, September 05, 2017 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Griffith. She informs the Court the defendant, Jason Durst, has been accepted into the Salvation Army Treatment Program in Dayton, OH. She recommends defendant Durst be released from the Hancock County Justice Center on 09/07/17 at 3:45pm to be transported by a pre-approved friend to the treatment program. The recommendation is well taken. Therefore, it is the order of the Court that defendant Durst be released from the Justice Center on 09/07/17 by 3:45pm to be transported by a family member to the Salvation Army Treatment Program. Successful completion of this program shall be an added requirement of his probationary terms. He shall sign all required releases allowing all treatment providers to communicate with the Court. The remainder of his jail term in this case shall remain suspended on the condition the defendant successfully complete his probationary term.
