It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that THIS DAY THIS MATTER CAME ON TO BE HEARD UPON DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO BE REMOVED FROM ATTORNEY GENERAL COLLECTIONS AND DESK REVIEW. THE COURT FINDS THAT THE DEFENDANT HAS BEEN CONSISTENTLY COMPLYING WITH HIS PAYMENT PLAN. FOR GODD CAUSE SHOWN, THE DEFENDANT'S MOTIONS SHALL BE GRANTED.
