Judgment This Day, April 10, 2019 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes on for consideration this 10th day of April, 2019 for consideration of a Motion to Recall the Bench Warrant filed by the defendant, pro se. The record in this case reflects the Court's Compliance Officer received notification from Reynolds Clinic, the defendant's treatment provider, that the defendant was not fully compliant with all aspects of her treatment regime. Consequently, a bench warrant was issued for the defendant's failure to comply with the Court's sentencing order. The warrant was served and the defendant served three days in the Hancock County Justice Center. The balance of the sentence was again suspended and the defendant was released to continue her treatment. Thereafter, the Compliance Officer received additional communications from Reynolds Clinic indicating the defendant was again non-compliant with her treatment. An additional bench warrant was issued and remains unserved.
In an effort to properly ensure the defendant is following the Court's orders, the Compliance Officer obtained relevant records regarding defendant's treatment at Reynolds Clinic. This information is inconsistent regarding the defendant's compliance with her treatment. However, the information does indicate the defendant will strive to be more diligent in attending required counseling. Therefore, the bench warrant previously issued is recalled. The prior orders of the Court remain in full effect. The Compliance Officer is to continue to obtain monthly reports from Reynolds Clinic and to ensure the defendant is satisfying the treatment component of the Court's sentencing order.
It is so ORDERED.

Judgment This Day, August 11, 2017 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court the 2nd day of August, 2017 for a pre-trial conference with the Court. The State of Ohio was present and represented by Assistant Law Director, Stephanie M. Wykes, the defendant failed to appear but was represented by attorney Patterson Higgins. The Court and counsel discussed the status of the defendant's several cases. Counsel for the defendant advised the defendant has not maintained contact with him and he was, therefore, unable to discuss any potential resolution of the case. As a result of the defendant's failure to appear as directed a warrant was issued for the defendant's arrest. At a later time in the afternoon the defendant appeared. The Court was advised by court personnel that the defendant was behaving erratically and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. As a result, the Court directed that the defendant be drug tested. The defendant tested positive for the use of marijuana and Suboxone for which she had a prescription. The Court recalled the bench warrant and ordered the matter be rescheduled for a pre-trial conference with the court. In addition, the Court established conditions of the defendant's own recognizance bond to include that the defendant report weekly to the Court's probation department; that she be precluded from the possession and/or use of alcohol and/or illegal drugs; and that she submit to alcohol and/or drug testing at the discretion of the Court.
It is so ORDERED.

The Court directs that the pre-trial with the Court previously scheduled for September 26, 2017 be vacated and the matter be scheduled for a pre-trial conference in the next fourteen (14) days.
