Judgment This Day, February 10, 2017 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court this 19th day of January, 2017 for a pre-trial conference with the Court. The State of Ohio was present and represented by assistant prosecutor, Robert E. Feighner, and the defendant was represented by attorney Drew Mihalik. The parties discussed the status of the evidence that would be presented at trial along with potential resolutions of the defendant's case.
