This Day, November 28, 2018 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Griffith. She informs the Court the defendant, David Eblin, is currently incarcerated for a probation violation. The defendant is also on probation in the Hancock County Common Pleas Court and their probation department is requesting his release on 12/04/18 for him to be transported to a CBCF due to their pending violations. Officer Griffith requests the defendant be released to be transferred to this facility. The recommendation is well taken. Therefore, it is the order of the Court that defendant Eblin be immediately released from the HCJC allowing him to be transferred to the CBCF as ordered by the Hancock County Common Pleas Probation Department.
