It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court the 17th day of June, 2020 for hearing. The defendant failed to appear. Upon a review of the docket in this case, the Court notes a bench warrant was issued as a result of the defendant failing to report to the Court's Probation Department. This warrant was served on the defendant on May 16, 2020. The defendant was erroneously granted an own recognizance bond by the law enforcement agency. As a result of the defendant's repeated failures to appear, the Court directs that a new warrant for the defendant's arrest be issued.
