Judgment This Day, July 10, 2018 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court the 10th day of July, 2018 for a hearing on a Violation of Probation filed on May 24, 2018 and an amended Violation of Probation filed on June 28, 2018. The State of Ohio was present and represented by Assistant Law Director, Robert E. Feighner, Jr. The defendant was present and represented by attorney David C. Shook. The Court was advised the parties desired to continue the matter and had reached a resolution of the alleged violations which was placed on the record in open court. The defendant is to be released from the Hancock County Justice Center with the balance of his original sentence suspended (the Court calculates the remaining term to be ninety-eight (98) days as of today's date) with the defendant following all of the original terms and conditions of his three-year probation sanction. Further, the Court ORDERS the defendant to comply with the following additional conditions: 1) the defendant shall be immediately placed on a SCRAM alcohol monitoring unit at his expense for ninety-eight (98) days, 2) the defendant shall obtain an updated alcohol evaluation and 3) the defendant shall complete all treatment recommendations, if any, pursuant to the evaluation. The defendant is not afforded any jail time credit for the time he is on the SCRAM monitor. The Court will entertain a motion for early release from the probationary term if the defendant completes the additional probationary requirements outlined in this entry and has no violations of his probation.

Judgment This Day, December 01, 2016 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court this 1st day of December, 2016 for a pre-trial conference with the Court. The State of Ohio was present and represented by Reid Rothenbuhler, certified legal intern, and the defendant was represented by attorney Drew Mihalik. The parties discussed the status of the evidence that would be presented at trial along with potential resolutions of the defendant's cases.
