She informs the Court the defendant, Jason Durst, has been accepted into the Salvation Army Treatment Program in Dayton, OH. She recommends defendant Durst be released from the Hancock County Justice Center on 09/07/17 at 3:45pm to be transported by a pre-approved friend to the treatment program. The recommendation is well taken. Therefore, it is the order of the Court that defendant Durst be released from the Justice Center on 09/07/17 by 3:45pm to be transported by a family member to the Salvation Army Treatment Program. THIS MATTER CAME ON THIS 21ST DAY OF JUNE, 2016, FOR A DETERMINATION OF PROBABLE CAUSE CONCERNING THE ARREST OF THE DEFENDANT FOR A CHARGE OF PETTY THEFT, A VIOLATION OF OHIO REVISED CODE 545.05A1 UPON CONSIDERATION OF THE AVAILABLE EVIDENCE, THE COURT FINDS THAT THERE EXISTS PROBABLE CAUSE TO BELIEVE THAT SAID DEFENDANT COMMITTED THE OFFENSE SPECIFIED. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT SAID DEFENDANT BE BROUGHT TO THE COURT FOR ARRAIGNMENT AT THE EARLIEST AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITY.
