This Day, September 29, 2016 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Pahl. She informs the Court the defendant, Zachary Cole, is currently incarcerated for a probation violation. He has signed up for treatment through Renewed Minds and is preapproved for funding for the vivitrol shot through the ADAMHS board. Probation Officer Pahl recommends for the defendant to be released from the HCJC on 09/29/16 at 5:00pm to attend scheduled appointments at Renewed Minds the following day for the vivitrol program. He then shall report back to the Probation Department for further orders. The recommendation is well taken.
