Judgment This Day, November 08, 2016 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court pursuant to the request for hearing of Mitchell Johns, dated April 26, 2016. Mr. Johns posted bond on behalf of the Defendant in this matter and requested a hearing before any of the bond funds were applied to the Defendant's unpaid fines and court costs. Pursuant to the request of Mr. Johns, the matter was scheduled for hearing this day and notice of the hearing was sent to the address provided by Mr. Johns. Mr. Johns did not appear for the hearing.
