Judgment This Day, July 20, 2016 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that The Defendant Appeared for hearing on the Contempt notice issued herein WItH Counsel. The Defendant admitted that he has failed to complete the hours as ordered and that he is in Contempt. The Defendant is therefore found to be in Contempt of Court. The defendant is ordered to serve 25 days in Hancock County Justice Center and is to report to the jail on OCTOBER 20, 2016 at 9:00 A.M..
