7/20/2016 Judgment This Day, July 20, 2016 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court on the issue of the Defendant's unpaid fines and court costs. The defendant is not currently making regular payments toward his/her unpaid fines and court costs, and has significant amounts of unpaid fines, court costs, and/or restitution. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the defendant shall be scheduled for a FINES AND COURT COSTS HEARING on each and every Monday at 8:00 a.m. starting on the 8th day of August 2016, until such time as all fines, court costs, and/or restitution are paid in full. FAILURE TO APPEAR FOR A FINES AND COURT COSTS HEARING CAN RESULT IN SANCTIONS, INCLUDING A WARRANT FOR THE ARREST OF THE DEFENDANT AND SUSPENSION OF ALL DRIVING PRIVILEGES. If the court is closed on a Monday, then the Fines and Court Costs Hearing shall not occur on that Monday and the defendant shall appear for the next Fines and Court Costs Hearing on the following Monday.
