Judgment This Day, June 12, 2017 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came on for consideration this 12th day of June, 2017 the Court having previously granted the defendant a furlough from incarceration in order for him to receive medical treatment. The defendant was to maintain contact with his probation officer during the pendency of the furlough. The defendant advised Officer Griffith in a phone conversation that he was no longer receiving medical treatment. Appropriately, Officer Griffith instructed the defendant to report to the Hancock County Justice Center to complete his sentence. The defendant has failed to do so. In addition, the defendant has not responded to Officer Griffith's attempts to contact him. Accordingly, the Court directs that a bench warrant be issued and the defendant complete service of his previously imposed sentence.
