Judgment This Day, October 31, 2016 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court on the issue of the Defendant's unpaid fines and court costs. The defendant is not currently making regular payments toward his unpaid fines and court costs, has significant amounts of unpaid fines, court costs, and/or restitution, and is employed.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the defendant shall be scheduled for a FINES AND COURT COSTS HEARING on each and every Monday at 8:00 a.m. starting on the 7th day of November 2016, until such time as all fines, court costs, and/or restitution are paid in full.
