She informs the Court the defendant, Jason Durst, has been accepted into the Salvation Army Treatment Program in Dayton, OH. She recommends defendant Durst be released from the Hancock County Justice Center on 09/07/17 at 3:45pm to be transported by a pre-approved friend to the treatment program.
