This Day, June 30, 2016 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Pahl. She informs the Court the defendant, after being denied entrance into the Treeline In-patient Treatment Center, has been accepted into the intensive outpatient and vivitrol program at Century Health. He has an appointment to receive his first vivitrol injection on 07/05/16 at 2:15pm. She recommends defendant Hughes be released from the Justice Center to attend this appointment and then continue with intensive outpatient treatment. The recommendation is well taken. Therefore it is the order of the Court that defendant Hughes be discharged from the Justice Center on 07/05/16 by 1:45pm to Century Health employee, Emily Hurt, to be transported to this appointment. Failure to comply with any Century Health rules or regulations while recommended to treatment will result in incarceration. She informs the Court the defendant, Chad Hughes, has been accepted into the vivitrol and IOP treatment program through Century Health. The first step in starting this program would require the defendant to be furloughed from the jail on 06/29/16 by 9:15am to allow Century Health staff to transport the defendant to attend a Nursing Education Appointment. She recommends the defendant be allowed to attend this appointment. The recommendation is well taken. Therefore, it is the order of the Court that defendant Hughes be furloughed from the jail on 06/29/16 by 9:15am. He shall be release to Century Health staff member, Emily Hurt, to be transported to the Century Health North Campus to attend this appointment and must be returned directly to the jail once the appointment is over. It is ordered that the defendant shall have no contact with anyone other than Century Health staff during this furlough.
