Judgment This Day, March 01, 2019 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court this 28th day of February, 2019 pursuant to the request for hearing filed by Darius Johnson on January 26, 2019. Mr. Johnson posted bond on behalf of the Defendant in this matter and requested a hearing before any bond funds were applied to the Defendant's unpaid fines and court costs. Pursuant to this request, the matter was scheduled for hearing. Notice of the hearing was sent to address provided by Mr. Johnson as well as the defendant. Neither Mr. Johnson nor the defendant appeared for the hearing.
As the Defendant has unpaid fines and court costs owed to the Findlay Municipal Court, as well as a future court date, the bond funds posted in this matter on behalf of the Defendant shall continue to be held pursuant to the terms of the bond agreement signed by Mr. Johnson until the defendant satisfies her obligations to the Findlay Municipal Court.
