The defendant is not currently making regular payments toward his/her unpaid fines and court costs, and has significant amounts of unpaid fines, court costs, and/or restitution.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the defendant shall be scheduled for a FINES AND COURT COSTS HEARING on each and every Monday at 8:00 a.m. starting on the 8th day of February 2016, until such time as all fines, court costs, and/or restitution are paid in full. FAILURE TO APPEAR FOR A FINES AND COURT COSTS HEARING CAN RESULT IN SANCTIONS, INCLUDING A WARRANT FOR THE ARREST OF THE DEFENDANT AND SUSPENSION OF ALL DRIVING PRIVILEGES.
