It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that THIS DAY THIS MATTER CAME ON TO BE HEARD UPON DEFENDANT MOTION TO WAIVE THE COURT COSTS IN CASE NUMBER 24TRD01061 AND TO WAIVE THE COSTS IN THE WITHIN CASE. REGARDING CASE NO. 24TRD01061, THE COURT FINDS THAT ON 4/9/2024, THE COURT DISMISSED THE DRIVING UNDER SUSPENSION OFFENSE, BUT THE DEFENDANT WAS ORDERED TO PAY THE COURT COSTS OF THE OFFENSE. THEREFORE, DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO WAIVE COURT COSTS IN CASE NO. 24TRD01061 IS HEREBY DENIED. REGARDING THE INSTANT CASE, THE COURT FINDS THAT THE DEFENDANT WAS ORDERED TO SERVE 5 DAYS IN JAIL BUT IN LIEU OF THE 5 DAYS, THE DEFENDANT CAN PERFORM 50 HOURS OF COMMUNITY SERVICE.
