IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the defendant shall be scheduled for a FINES AND COURT COSTS HEARING on each and every Monday at 8:00 a.m. starting on the 19th day of September, 2016, until such time as all fines, court costs, and/or restitution are paid in full. IT IS FUTHER ORDERED that if the Court receives a payment of at least $25.00 by noon of the Friday immediately prior to a Fines and Court Costs Hearing, then that hearing shall be continued one (1) week, to the following Monday at 8:00 a.m., to review whether or not weekly payments continue to be made. The defendant may make payments in advance that cover more than one (1) week's Fines and Court Costs Hearing. (For example, the defendant may pay $50.00 on a Friday to cover the next two (2) weeks' hearings.) The defendant shall appear for the Fines and Court Costs Hearing each and every week unless this payment is received by the court as set forth herein.
THE DEFENDANT IS HEREBY ADVISED THAT HE/SHE IS ENTITLED TO BE REPRESENTED BY LEGAL COUNSEL AND SHOULD CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY PRIOR TO ANY HEARING IF THE DEFENDANT WISHES TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT TO LEGAL COUNSEL.
