This Day, April 17, 2013 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that MR. DRAKE AND MR. FIGLEWICZ APPEARED FOR TRIAL, AND BOTH AGREED THAT THE MATTER WOULD NOT PROCEED AS TRIAL. THE MATTER WAS DISCUSSED AND IT APPEARS THE CASE WILL ULTIMATELY BE RESOLVED BY A PLEA HEARING.
