This matter comes before the Court as a result of a Jury Trial having been scheduled for August 30 2012. Based upon a review of the record and that this matter is scheduled for a Jury Trial, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
Both parties shall, either 30 days before the jury trial or within 10 days of this entry (whichever is later), file with the Court proposed instructions for the Jury.
