Judgment This Day, February 13, 2012 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that THIS MATTER CAME ON FOR CONSIDERATION BY THE COURT THIS DATE. A REVIEW OF THE FILE REFLECTS THAT THE DEFENDANT WAS SCHEDULED FOR A JURY TRIAL ON FEBRUARY 2, 2012. DEFENDANT'S ATTORNEY APPEARED BUT THE DEFENDANT FAILED TO APPEAR. BENCH WARRANT WERE THEN ISSUED AS A RESULT OF THE DEFENDANT FAILING TO APPEAR FOR THE TRIAL. THE DEFENDANT WAS ARRESTED ON SAID BENCH WARRANTS ON FEBRUARY 3, 2012 AND APPEARED BEFORE THE COURT ON FEBRUARY 8, 2012 AND ENTERED PLEAS IN THESE TWO CASES. THE COURT IMPOSED A FINE OF $250 PLUS COURT COSTS IN THIS CASE.
